Microsoft Word is the preferred and easiest format in which to fill out your grant application. Select PDF only if you know how to create an editable document in PDF format. No hand-written or scanned pdfs will be accepted. Detailed application instructions are included below for each grant type.
Be sure to download both the appropriate form and its instructions.
*The Equipment Request Form may be required as a supplement to a Major Grant or Mini Grant application. See Call for Proposals or Instructions (above) to find out if you need to submit this form.
To apply for an IIP grant:
1) Read the Call for Proposals.
2) Download the INSTRUCTIONS and APPLICATION FORM for the appropriate type of grant.
3) Fill out the application on-line, following instructions carefully.
4) Submit both electronic and hard copies of your proposal (see instructions for details).
