Computer Labs - Request Labs or Software Form

Step 1 of 3

Please complete and submit the form below if you plan to use a lab for any of the following reasons you:

  • need to schedule a lab for teaching;
  • will be using software for your class; or
  • will be sending your students into the labs to do homework.

Important Notes

  • If you need multiple lab locations or courses scheduled, please submit separate forms for each different lab location or course.
  • If you are requesting a reservation for the current or upcoming quarter, please check the existing schedule to see if the time and lab you want is available.

    Winter 2010 Schedule (Tentative)
    Spring 2010 Schedule (Tentative)

  • Finals in the labs must be scheduled separately, even if your lecture is already scheduled in a computer lab through the quarter.
  • Software can vary among labs and/or change each quarter. Even if software is currently listed as available on the software page, please be explicit about your software needs so we can ensure it's there for you.

Request Deadlines

Lab time request deadlines

We make every effort to schedule classes for the current quarter within 2-5 business days. We schedule in batches for future quarters. View the request submission deadlines.

Software request deadlines

We may need to install and test software in our lab environment to ensure your software works by the time your class needs it.

  • For purchasing new software or licenses for your class, please submit your request six (6) weeks prior to start of class.
  • To add existing software or licenses for your class, please submit your request three (3) weeks prior to start of class.
