Computer Labs - Request Labs or Software - Non-Academic Lab Software and Scheduling Request Form

Please complete and submit this form if you need to rent a lab for non-academic classes, such as summer groups. If you need multiple lab locations or scheduled times, please submit separate forms for each different lab location or course.

5. List all days and time blocks needed for this group. (required)

Lab time blocks are done in four (4) hour time blocks as follows: 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm.

If you supply date ranges (i.e., 7/7/09-7/14/09), you must indicate if this includes weekends.

Use this format: Dates; time blocks; exceptions.
Examples: "July 1 - July 17; 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm; except July 4 and weekends"
"August 12, 1pm-5pm; August 13, 8am-12pm and 6pm-10pm"


6. Select your preferred lab, first and second choices (required)

If you need multiple lab locations or times scheduled, please submit separate forms for each different lab location or course.


7. Provide a detailed list of all software (including version) or services needed for the Conference. (required)

(Microsoft Office 2004, web access, Photoshop CS2, etc.)

Software and peripherals are limited to what currently exists in each lab. View software and hardware available at each lab, or contact the IC Lab Scheduling Coordinator for more information. If a group requires software or hardware that is not currently available in our labs, please review our summer lab rental polices. Conference contact(s) must provide all software media, licenses, and or hardware BEFORE we will provide a quote or confirm lab space.
