WebCT - Contact WebCT Administrators

If you have a problem with WebCT that can't be resolved by any page in our WebCT FAQs or Tutorials and Help, use the following form to send a help request and resolution. Staff review these requests during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

We do not need to know your UCSC email password or any other piece of confidential information in order to solve your problem. Please do not disclose this information to us (or to anyone else). A brief description of your problem is sufficient. If you received an error message, please copy and paste the whole message and include it with your report. Also, please include the URL of the page you were trying to access and in general be as specific as possible as to what happened.
