I wrote these study guides to give you an idea of the level of detail you'll need to know for the exams, and the ideas and concepts that I think are important. You might want to use these guides in your weekly study group sessions. The guides aren't intended to cover everything that might show up on an exam, but should provide a good start for your studying. If there are things that you don't understand, I suggest bringing your questions to me or your TA during office hours. You will probably find that not all of these questions can be answered using only your lecture notes. Your textbook will be an indispensable aid as you work on the study guides. The worksheets are topical, and I'll be posting one every week or so. They are small .pdf files and should open right up with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. |
