Project: Mutsun Language Foundation

I came to the UCSC as a transfer student majoring in cultural anthropology during the Winter Quarter of 2003. I will be graduating with a B.A, in cultural anthropology after the Spring Quarter of 2004. I first came into contact with the Amah Mutsun Tribe as a result of my senior seminar research paper on the initial inhabitants of the UCSC campus lands, and their descendents. After graduating from UCSC I plan on taking up an internship with the tribe during the interim year before going to graduate school.
