Texts (R=required; O=optional): Current Psychotherapies, (CP) Corsini & Wedding (R); Freud: A Very Short Introduction, (FVSI) Storr (R); Jung: A Very Short Introduction, (JVSI) Stevens (R); Love's Executioner, (LE) Yalom OR Momma and the Meaning of Life, (MM) Yalom (you will be reading this throughout the quarter--one is R); Creative Dreamer, (CE) Tonay (R); texts available from Bay Tree Bookstore on campus. A couple of other optional, useful books: Inner Work, by Robert Johnson (Jungian) and In Search of the Real Self by James Masterson (Object Relations).

Requirements: In-class journal assignments (5); one project; three quizzes (intro material; cognitive systems; psychodynamic systems). See course requirements link for more information.
